We have the holiday trays, La Dolce Vita line, and we are pushing this product for any holidays; the Super Bowl is coming up, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and then we have the holidays like Thanksgiving and also Christmas,” she told me.

This value-added lineup makes it easy for consumers to entertain their guests. The platter can either be served as-is, or the components can be spread out on a charcuterie board for an elevated presentation. In addition to specialty meats, the platters feature ingredients like olives, cheese, almonds, crackers, and more.
