Fresh is what they asked for, and fresh is what they'll get. Residents of Port St. Lucie, Florida, are rejoicing this week as The Fresh Market recently opened the doors of its newest store. The 23,424-square-foot location marks the retailer's 47th store in Florida.
"We are thrilled to bring The Fresh Market experience to the vibrant community of Port St. Lucie," said Jason Potter, Chief Executive Officer of The Fresh Market. "Our team has worked diligently to create a welcoming environment where guests can find the freshest ingredients, exceptional service, and unique offerings."
The new store offers a wide selection of premium meats, seafood, bakery items, and a variety of specialty products, including wine and cheese. Procuring only the top echelons of choice and prime beef, the store will offer dry aging for preferred cuts. Provided by The Fresh Market’s own fish houses, and locally sourced, a selection of whole or fresh-cut fish, shellfish, and live lobster will be available.
Further enticing shoppers of Port St. Lucie, the retailer's newest location features a center-store culinary kitchen called The Square, which brings consumers a collection of items created with distinct flavors, fresh ingredients, and recipes uniquely developed by The Fresh Market. At this unique foodservice hub, shoppers can find everything from fully customizable rice bowls, salads, and sandwiches to an assortment of fresh hot foods.
For added convenience, consumers can also shop online and enjoy curbside pickup or home delivery through The Fresh Market's website or mobile app.
