Omnichannel fresh meals platform FreshRealm is bolstering its executive suite with a newly appointed President. Snow Le has taken over the integral role, stepping in to oversee day-to-day operations for the rapidly growing company.
"I am impressed with the fresh meals solution platform that FreshRealm has built over the past decade, and with the people within the organization," said Le. "I am excited to join the executive team and help grow and scale the organization to meet the growing customer demand across all channels of distribution."
While guiding the company's continued growth, Le will focus specifically on scaling FreshRealm's business systems structure for long-term success. As she takes on this role, Founder and Chief Executive Officer Michael Lippold will focus time on building strategic partnerships and expanding corporate development efforts, a press release explained.
Le has served as a Board Member at FreshRealm since 2022, in addition to holding leadership positions at Danaher Corporation, Avantor, Bluepeak, KREM Group, and Dr. Pepper Snapple Group. She has also served on private equity and VC firm boards, the release noted, where she counseled companies on how to scale operations to meet market and consumer demand.
