“Queso Blanco is a fresh cheese made from cow’s milk, and it is a slightly salty, super creamy cheese, that is perfect for any meal,” comments Josh, Brand Manager. “You can top it on salads; you can crumble it; you can have it as a snack. It’s very easy to grill.”
In fact, as Josh goes on to point out, all shoppers need to do is place a couple of slices in a non-stick pan, grill it for a minute on each side, and they get a nicely browned piece of cheese that holds its texture. Talk about a simple, delicious snack for entertaining!
The creamy cheese also pairs well with grapes, raspberry jam, and crusty bread for more easy eating.
