Welcome to Shop Talk. On this edition, Jean Morin, Owner, Fromagerie Du Presbytere joins DeliMarket.Tv all the way from Quebec. Mr. Morin tells us he founded his factory over 20 years ago that allowed him to use milk on his farm to create the best cheese. He tells us the company’s Blue Cheese has a perfect balance of salt and sugar while other cheeses are mixed with caramel and sugar for extra sweetness. Mr. Morin also says he hopes to start distributing in America.
