Jesse Werner, Owner and Cheesemaker of Plymouth Artisan Cheese, joins DeliMarket TV to share the company’s latest from the American Cheese Society expo in Sacramento, CA.The Vermont-based company produces artisanal raw cow’s milk cheeses with milk received from a single local herd that it continually monitors for quality.Though the company has continued producing traditional wax cheese using a 124-year old recipe, Plymouth is now expanding into bleu cheese production.
