KeHE’s Summer Show is a force to be reckoned with. The show is jam-packed with exclusive networking, up-and-coming products, and samples galore, and the event just keeps growing, literally. KeHE’s Summer Show was honored recently at the 10th annual Trade Show News Network Awards as one of the Top 25 Fastest Growing Trade Shows in net square footage. I got a chance to catch up with Ari Goldsmith, Vice President of Marketing, to learn exactly what makes KeHE’s Summer Show so exceptional.
“Each year, our shows continue to gain momentum,” Ari comments. She also had the privilege of speaking at the education conference preceding the award ceremony. “This award recognizes our dedication to cultivating the best products and brands for our retailers to choose from. KeHE takes tremendous pride in making it easy for our retailers and suppliers to do business with us, and our shows are just one of the many ways we provide their businesses value outside of everyday ordering.”
In order to showcase KeHE’s potential and experience with the best products in the food marketplace for retailers, the show floor has continued to expand. As of last year’s show, KeHE welcomed over 5,000 attendees in Nashville, Tennessee—those numbers are on par with the expected attendance for the 2020 Summer Show.
Speaking of which, the 2020 Summer Show is fast approaching. KeHE’s invite-only event will be held February 4-5 in New Orleans, Louisiana, next year. Networking and enlightenment will abound as suppliers and retailers connect, learn about top industry trends, and immerse themselves in all the goodness KeHE has to offer.
“KeHE’s trade shows allows for its retailer and exhibitor partners alike to connect and sample new products in all categories,” Ari continues. “The KeHE Summer Show highlights products for the upcoming summer season and allows retailers to purchase right on the show floor.”
And this year will be a real treat. Along with specially curated brands, KeHE has another feature that only representatives and retail partners are privy to at this exclusive event.
“KeHE’s Category Management team hand-selected brands that will best exhibit natural and organic, fresh, and specialty products to KeHE representatives and retail partners,” Ari comments. “This year’s upcoming show will also exhibit a Next Generation Innovation Showcase, which will allow emerging brands the chance to gain unprecedented exposure to retailers from across the country and an invaluable chance to launch their products with KeHE.”
The Summer Show will be held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Invitees will have another chance to see all things KeHE at the Holiday Show, hosted annually in Chicago, Illinois, on June 17 and 18. Both events are invite-only.
