Klondike featured its Greek yogurt at the 2012 IDDBA event and is currently in the process of building a plant right now to support the product. The company plans on being in production by the first of the year or soon thereafter. Klondike Cheese Co. partnered with a gentleman from Greece and tapped his 30 years of knowledge in order to get the recipe right. The yogurt is very smooth and a little bit tart, but not harsh. It is a recipe that has been developed over thirty years resulting in a very "fine-tuned" experience. The company prides itself on high-quality and consistent quality.
