According to a press release, Lactalis USA claimed 12 medals—including four gold, five silver, and three bronze—while Lactalis Canada was awarded a bronze medal for its Balderson cheese.
Gaining recognition across several of its well-known brands, Lactalis USA received medals for products under the Pub Cheese by Président, Rondelé by Président, Knudsen, Karoun, and Bella Gento umbrellas. As the company noted in its release, Galbani products were recognized with seven medals, including gold medals for Galbani Ricotta, Galbani Provolone, and Galbani Marinated Fresh Mozzarella; Galbani Ricotta had the strongest showing, winning four total medals.
These top-quality offerings were singled out among 1,453 products entered from 195 companies.
