I spoke with Danilo Libardi, Area Sales Manager of the Americas, to learn about what this storied company has to offer.
"A L’Oliver sells a lot of different products, including vinegars and infusion oils, for the U.S. market,” Danilo explained to me. “We have a very large range of products with beautiful packaging. Our Vinegar selection includes mango vinegar and fig vinegar, used for cheese, or salad dressing, or for cooking, or for drinks!”
A variety of cross-merchandising opportunities abound for A L’Olivier’s products. The vinegars would be excellent drizzled over cheese, offering a brightness to cheese boards. Salads will be instantly elevated with the addition of a mango vinegar. Cooking up new spring dishes? Consumers will clamor for the bright flavors that A L’Olivier has to offer.
