Maple Leaf's Field Roast™ Expands Frozen Portfolio with Plant-Based Nuggets

Field Roast Grain Meat Co™, owned by Greenleaf Foods—a subsidiary of Maple Leaf—is once again reinvigorating the plant-based meat sector. Recently, the brand announced that it has added Plant-Based Nuggets to its portfolio of frozen plant-based appetizers and entrees.

The nuggets are breaded to perfection, a press release noted, offering that delectable texture alongside full flavor. The product itself is made with whole food ingredients like roasted garlic, wheat, and pea protein, and contains no GMOs, soy, artificial ingredients, or colors.

Maple Leaf Foods is once again reinvigorating the plant-based meat sector with its new Field Roast™ Plant-Based Nuggets

Field Roast Plant-Based Nuggets are currently available at participating Albertson’s, Sobey’s, and Price Chopper locations and are expected to start hitting shelves at more retailers this summer. The brand also teased that it will soon make the product available to foodservice operators later this year.
