Marin French Cheese Co. to Debut Seasonal Cheese at 2023 Summer Fancy Food Show; Bonnie Kaufman Comments

PETALUMA, CA
Tuesday, June 20th, 2023

This Sunday, industry members will be gathering to show off the latest products and innovations at this year’s Summer Fancy Food Show. Marin French Cheese Co. will be one such company in attendance, bringing with it the soft ripened cheeses that have made Marin French a household name.

Bonnie Kaufman, Associate Brand Manager, Marin French Cheese Co.“We’re honored to return to the Summer Fancy Food Show to share our delicious soft ripened cheeses,” says Bonnie Kaufman, Associate Brand Manager. “In addition to the award-winning offerings so many are familiar with, we’re excited to show off our fun new seasonal offering, Petite Boo. Launched on a very small scale at our own retail shop last year, Petite Boo garnered attention online and within the industry for its gorgeous pop of color, and we are proud to announce it’s available for wider distribution in 2023. Petite Boo is the perfect addition to any curated Halloween sets or displays, and we invite you to visit booth #860 for samples, pre-order information, and merchandising recommendations.”

According to a press release, Petite Boo is a seasonal item within the company’s Specialty Collection. It is a festive addition inspired by Halloween featuring a triple crème brie enrobed in vegetable ash with a paste turned orange by adding annatto for a fun and spooky treat.

A take on the elegant Petite Ash, Petite Boo is available for pre-order now through July, and will be available in stores and online in October. Marin French noted that this seasonal cheese can elevate a classic holiday cheese board, be enjoyed with hot chocolate, or even be eaten with candy corn.

The company will also showcase another seasonal favorite, Brie en Croute, a creamy baked brie in pastry. It will also have its Petite Truffle, Truffle Brie Cheese, Petite Ash, Suprême Extra Crème, and Golden Gate® Washed-Rind Triple Crème Cheese.

Be sure to stop by booth #860 for more!
