Mightylicious is taking a step to free the cookie category of dietary limitations—without compromising on the delicious flavors the category is known for. The brand has armed retailers with a hand-crafted cookie that packs amazing flavor, perfect texture, and clean ingredients while being gluten-free.
“Our hand-crafted cookies are designed to indulge and satisfy,” said Mightylicious Founder and Owner Carolyn Haeler. Haeler, who is a married mom, a member of the LGBTQ+ community, and a smart cookie herself, spent years seeking out gluten-free cookie brands after being diagnosed with celiac disease in 2012. “That’s when I realized there had to be a better way. I was determined to create a cookie that was gluten-free, healthy, and above all, irresistibly delicious.”
As the company highlighted in a release, the flavorful, soft-baked delights are 100 percent free of gluten, wheat, rye, barley, and RBST. The entire line is made from all-natural, non-GMO ingredients.
The decadent cookies set out to challenge the belief that gluten-free means flavor-free, showing consumers that allergen-friendly treats shouldn’t sacrifice taste or texture.
The Mightylicious line features seven varieties, including two vegan options: Brown Butter Chocolate Chip, Brown Butter Shortbread, Oatmeal Raisin, Double Dutch Chocolate Chip, Grandma Arline’s Oatmeal Coconut, Salted Peanut Butter, and Vegan Chocolate Chip. The products are available online and in retail outlets including Walmart, Whole Foods Market, Costco, King’s, Price Chopper, and more.
