Just last week, the Specialty Food Association (SFA) held its annual Winter Fancy Food Show (WFFS) in Las Vegas, Nevada, from January 15 to 17. At the show, power brands such as Norseland put on display their expansive portfolio, including their newest products.
“Thank you to everybody who took the time to come visit our booth at the Winter Fancy Food Show, sampling a variety of specialty foods,” said Valerie Liu, Manager, Brand Strategy and Communications. “It was a success, and we’re looking forward to continuing to bring premium specialty foods to consumers nationwide.”
At WFFS, Norseland introduced two new shelf-stable products as part of the Lotito Presto Cacio e Pepe Pasta Sauce Starter line, in Original and Black Truffle. According to the release, consumers can just add hot pasta water and, presto!—a classic Roman dish with a perfectly smooth sauce that customers can prepare in minutes with almost no effort. The new products are available in refrigerated and shelf-stable varieties.
Accompanying the new products is Norseland’s diverse portfolio of brands. The cheesemaker showcased its globally produced and premium specialty food products from both its own portfolio and that of its partner specialty food brands. At the show, attendees saw Jarlsberg®, Alpeost, Norwegian Alpine Cheese, Norvegia Reserve, NØkkelost, Snofrisk, Folios Cheese Wraps®, Lotito Presto Cacio e Pepe Pasta Starters, Garcia Baquero®, Old Amsterdam®, and Hudson Valley Creamery.
