New products are one of our favorite things to report on here at Deli Market News, and we always love an opportunity to give some extra love to the industry’s latest innovations. We recently had the chance to catch up with Norseland’s Director of Sales Carter Califri to talk shop.
“We’re showcasing our new Folios Mozzarella Wrap. As you know, mozzarella is the number-one cheese item in the cheese category, and we’re really looking forward to consumers to increase usage using the Folios Wrap during the year. [The item features] great new packaging, is keto-friendly, and low in carbohydrates,” Carter said.
Norseland’s Folios Wraps can be pegged or placed in the DRC and put on a shelf. Of course, this is not the only innovative product at the forefront of Norseland’s market strategy.
“Make sure you try Jarlsberg Snacks,” Carter continued. “They’re individually wrapped, one-finger snacking; you can pull the wrapper off and just eat the product. It’s available at a grocer near you.”
