Diving into differentiation and convenience, both took the time to discuss García Baquero's new Viva España pre-sliced cheese.
“Viva España is a unique product. This product comes from 1962. This is a recipe that was developed by my grandfather. This is quality milk. We produce with cows, sheep, and goats. And also, all the cow milk that we produce this cheese with is with animal welfare certification,” Roberto explained. “The good thing also about this packaging [is that] you can open and then you can stick it back to together—very convenient to keep it fresh.”
This is a note Lauren highlighted for its key draw in the marketplace.
“The pre-slice just offers the consumer so much convenience. And whether you're eating it as a snack or you need to create a beautiful cheese board, this is the cheese to go for,” she said.
