Where delicious CHEVOO marinated goat cheeses go, consumers follow. On the heels of the Specialty Food Association’s Winter Fancy Food Show, Belle Chevre/CHEVOO President and Co-Owner Pierre Guérin took a moment to discuss the unique CHEVOO lineup, as well as a new addition to the Belle Chevre portfolio.
“CHEVOO is the only marinated goat cheese that has small enough cubes that allow it to be used in many applications,” Pierre told us. “We also are the only one that carries five different flavors, from the Herbs de Provence and Urfa Chili & Lemon, which are our most popular, to the Truffle, which is a great item for the holidays.”
As Pierre goes on to note, the company provides its retail partners with recipe cards and other fun promotional items to draw consumers to this enticing collection of products.
“2025 is going to be the year of Belle Chevre,” Pierre teases. “What we are working on is developing some products. One of which is Greek Kiss, a plain goat cheese log which is wrapped into a grape leaf, and it has a very distinctive flavor. We are going to push that product this year as well as the brand. So really, we have two brands that we want to push in 2025.”
