Saputo Dairy USA’s Ingredients Portfolio Nabs Six Awards at 2022 World Championship Cheese Contest; Sean Mason Shares

One way to determine a world-class portfolio of products is to look at the awards won by the company. Saputo Dairy USA and Saputo Dairy Products Canada recently earned important distinction, as they won six different awards across the Ingredients portfolio at the World Championship Cheese Contest.

The awards included:

• Dry Sweet Whey winning Best of Class, scoring 99.4 points of 100
• Whey Protein Concentrate 35% taking second and third awards, with 99.525 and 99.5 points, respectively
• Whey Protein Concentrate 80, Instantized taking second, scoring 99.65 points
• Deproteinized Whey Powder taking third, with 99.79 points
• Milk Protein Concentrate 80% winning Best of Class, scoring 99.7 points
