St. Pierre Discusses Authentic Brioche Offerings at IDDBA 2023; Sarah Boddy Details

New product alert! We recently caught up with St. Pierre to hear all about the new and exciting developments happening for the brand. We’ll let Sarah Boddy, Group Commercial Director for St. Pierre USA, fill you in herself.

But really, we’re here to showcase our brand and explain to people what brioche is, what St. Pierre stands for; our authentic French quality products,” Sarah said. “And so we want to give everybody that St. Pierre French magnifique experience.”

St. Pierre made its foray into the brioche category over seven years ago. As Sarah explained, the brand is looking to communicate to retailers and buyers why they should be launching the St. Pierre brand on their shelves.

“This is all about the St. Pierre experience,” she added. “It’s about authenticity. It’s about quality, and it’s being really integral to everything that St. Pierre stands for.”
