Sharing is caring, and that’s exactly what Esi Seng wants to do as Tate’s Bake Shop’s new Chief Executive Officer. In her newly achieved role, the leader is setting her sights on growing the brand and making sure consumers nationwide are able to experience the company’s signature crispy cookie.
As Seng steps into the role of CEO, brand awareness is just one of her main goals. According to a release, she also is renewing Tate’s Bake Shop’s focus on innovative product launches and leadership initiatives in community advocacy. Seng is a Nicaraguan-Chinese immigrant, and plans to use her platform to advocate for immigration and diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Seng has over two decades of experience in accelerating business growth and building high-performing CPG brands and teams. She joined Tate’s from Tom’s of Maine, where she served as General Manager.
