With the highly skilled people in leadership roles, the sky is the limit for company growth. Seeming to operate by this understanding, Schuck Markets has tapped Tom Henry, Chief Data Officer and Deputy Chief Information Officer, to serve on the retailer’s Strategy Team. Wielding his expertise, he will expand on his current role to take on strategic initiatives in order to support the company’s vision.
“I’ve enjoyed collaborating with my Schnucks teammates to create data solutions that help us to better serve our Schnucks customers,” said Henry. “I’m honored to take this new leadership role and look forward to expanding my scope of responsibilities within the company.”
Since joining the retailer in 2019, Henry has led the development of Schnucks’ cutting-edge data and analytics organization, helping to provide unique and actionable insights to each of its business units. He will assume his new Strategy Team responsibilities effective immediately.
According to a press release, Henry joined Schnucks from Express Scripts Holding Company. There, he used his deep understanding of business intelligence and data analytic strategies to position the company among healthcare’s industry leaders in delivery of data-driven insights and advanced analytic solutions.

Henry earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He serves as a Board member for the Washington University and the University of Missouri data science programs, where he shares his knowledge with both faculty and students.
