Village Gourmet is ensuring its customers have the value-added solutions necessary to appeal to busy shoppers. With a new product line and several insights across brands, the company further discusses the move.
“We have our Sous Vide Gourmet Meals line; it's a product line of ready-to-eat five minute meals,” began Claudia Dionne, Brand Manager. “It’s a take on classic French Boeuf Bourguignon and Blanquette de Veau.”
The line comes in several delicious flavors such as Creamy Chicken with Mushrooms, Red Wine Braised Beef, and Lemon & Herb Chicken Breast.
“[There’s] no antibiotics,” Claudia added, “ and it comes with vegetables, sauce packets, and protein. You’re ready to have a family style meal in five minutes.”
The company also spotlighted its Three Little Pigs brand, which began as a premier pate company.
“We have our Pate Au Poivre Noir which is a country-style pate based from pork and chicken liver. We also have our classics like Mousse De Foie De Canard Au Porto,” Claudia noted. “ We just recently launched a plant-based line with Prime Roots.”
