Volpi's John Gruender Discusses Line Extensions

I'm always on the hunt for better snacking options, and let me tell you, I will eat all of the cheese and meat combinations you put in front of me. So, you know I was excited to talk to Volpi Food's John Gruender, Chief Customer Officer, about its prosciutto snacking options.

He also went on to discuss the latest extensions of the company's popular Roltini line.

"We have rolled out a five-pack roltini, which is now in a retail size pack, and is an addition to the single-serves that we have," he said. "The first item launching in this category is the mozzarella with prosciutto. And the last item is a new line extension, the Oaxaca Chorizo. This is a really unique flavor in the marketplace."
