There’s no time like spring to revive favorite recipes with fresh additions. Better-for-you snack maker Blue Moose of Boulder is tapping into some of the season’s best flavors with its latest additions to its Organic Hummus line. Available this month, keep an eye peeled for Lemon Turmeric and Beet Balsamic brightening up deli aisles nationwide.

According to a press release, Blue Moose dove head first into incorporating lemons, beets, and balsamic vinegar into its organic hummus recipe because these ingredients are loaded with antioxidants and are in-line with consumers current health-forward shopping habits. The beets also bring a well-balanced natural sweetness to the vibrantly pink hummus.
As we previously reported, all products in Blue Moose’s hummus portfolio are USDA Organic Certified, Non-GMO Project Verified, Certified Gluten-Free, vegan, and contain no preservatives. Blue Moose also uses HPP cold pressure to keep its organic hummus fresh and to maintain key vitamins and minerals.
