Ranging from salami to bacon, the company of 25 years in service, works with retailers like Williams-Sonoma, Whole Foods, Dean & Deluca, Central Market and other local Bay Area stores. The plant, located in Hayward, Calif., produces, packs and ships its products throughout the United States.
