The Winter Fancy Food Show kicks off next month, January 22-24, 2017. Show-goers taking in one of the nation’s largest specialty food and beverage shows will have the opportunity to network with more than 33,000 industry professionals and tastemakers.
Among the shows highlights, a live discussion titled “Selling Specialty: A Retailer Roundtable” will be held on Monday, January 23 from 8:30 to 9:45 AM. The discussion will feature some of the biggest names in retail talking about what drives sales, what consumers look for, and what the future holds for specialty foods in the U.S. Speakers include executives from Sam’s Club, Kroger, and the Bay Area’s own Andronico’s.

Prospective attendees can register for the show for just $35 from now until December 9th . Fees increase to $45 from December 9th to January 20th, after which time registration will be $60. Onsite registration will cost $60, but no cash will be taken. Talks and workshops like the Selling Specialty roundtable require either a Premium Pass or Daily Event Pass, which cost $150 and $75 respectively.
Additionally, attendees can purchase an Education Recordings Package that features multimedia recordings of all the education sessions held at the Winter 2017 Fancy Food Show. For $250, attendees will receive links to watch the presentations online, plus all of the handouts and slides involved about two weeks after the show.
