Alexian is expanding its line of offerings and introducing New Specialty Crackers designed to pair perfectly with the company’s line of all-natural pâtés and charcuterie.
"When it comes to food, consumers are returning to the basics," said Laurie Cummins, President of Alexian. "That's because simple foods without additives or preservatives, like our crackers and pâtés, are more authentic in their character and flavor. That has been the Alexian way from day one."
The new crackers are now available in an Olive Oil & Sea Salt variety. In keeping with Alexian's commitment to high-quality products, the company noted in a press release, Alexian Specialty Crackers are made with three simple ingredients and nothing artificial. The crackers are Non-GMO Project Verified, Vegan Certified, and Kosher.
The company notes that the subtle flavors of olive oil and sea salt are the perfect enhancement to the crackers’ light, crispy texture. Cummins added that the crackers are intended to ideally accompany Alexian’s products, but they pair exceptionally well with cheeses, spreads, and other appetizers, enhancing without overwhelming them.
Alexian Specialty Crackers are packaged 4 ounces per sleeve, with an attractive, high-graphic outer box for merchandising within the deli or specialty cheese sections of supermarkets, specialty food stores, or wine shops. They are shipped 12 units per case.
Attendees at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York can sample Alexian’s new Specialty Crackers, along with the company’s pâtés and sausages, at booth #360 June 25 through 27.
