Blue Moose of Boulder is making some big moves towards expanding its brand, and the company has tapped an industry veteran to take the helm. Victoria Hartman will now serve as Blue Moose’s President.

Bringing more than 25 years of industry experience to the team, Victoria has a portfolio of sales experience in the natural and organic product industry, according to a press release. She specifically possesses expertise in driving brand growth, increasing revenue, and expanding market share. In her new role, Victoria will be responsible for leading Blue Moose’s commercial efforts as the company continues its rapid expansion.

Victoria comes to Blue Moose from Alliance Sales & Marketing, a leading national food broker. In this position, Victoria led the company’s westward expansion, ran a strategic division of the company offering a comprehensive brand management solution to start-up brands with high growth potential, and directed the management of Alliance’s natural channel organization.
Victoria has also held various senior commercial leadership positions with companies such as Madhava Natural Sweeteners, Rudi’s Organic Bakery, Horizon Organic Dairy, and Celestial Seasonings.
Victoria lives with her family in Denver, Colorado. She is a frequent speaker in the natural products industry and a previous Board Member of Naturally Boulder, a trade group that nurtures community, leadership, and innovation in the Colorado natural products industry.
