The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. has closed the deal on its wholly-owned subsidiary Hain Frozen Foods U.K. Limited of The Yorkshire Provender Limited, expanding its premium reach.

Skidmore continued, "We are pleased to now offer Yorkshire Provender's gluten-free, delicious, premium recipes and flavors, and look to expand their distribution range in the United Kingdom and in Europe."
The North Yorkshire, England-based premium branded soup provider was founded in 2007, and had approximately £6 million in net sales in the calendar 2016 year, according to a press release.

While the financial terms were not disclosed, the companies noted that Yorkshire Provender is expected to be accretive to Hain Celestial's earnings in fiscal year 2018 as the Company works with the combined infrastructures to drive future growth. The acquired company will continue to operate from its Yorkshire location, where it currently serves leading retailers, on-the-go food outlets, and foodservice providers in the United Kingdom.
