Ready Pac Foods' Tristan Simpson Talks New Seasonal Offerings

It looks to be another exciting season filled with flavorful new products for Ready Pac Foods. I grabbed a few moments with the company’s Chief Marketing Officer, Tristan Simpson, who was happy to fill me in on the company’s main focus for the coming months.

Tristan Simpson, Chief Marketing Officer, Ready Pac Foods“We’re really excited to share something that’s seasonal,” Tristan tells me about the company’s limited edition Roasted Beets & Baby Greens Bistro Bowl. “[These are] things you’d find on a restaurant menu. We really want to make sure we’re really relevant and timely with our recipes.”

The Roasted Beets & Baby Greens Bistro Bowl includes:

  • Blend of arugula and baby greens
  • Fire roasted beets
  • Feta cheese
  • Candied walnuts
  • Dates
  • A shallot vinaigrette

Also new for the company is its Sriracha Ranch Chopped Salad Kits, a twist on a classic salad recipe containing a blend of items like romaine, cabbage, celery, and broccoli, married with chow mein strips, savory bacon, and, you guessed it—a spicy Sriracha ranch dressing.

“To be able to do a traditional recipe that people are used to, like something with ranch and add a relevant spice to it is something we’re really proud of,” Tristan shares.
