The product was released in perfect alignment with National Guacamole Day on September 16. The new Grab ‘N Go selection was paired and packaged with Tostitos® ROLLS!™ with convenience and an on-the-go snacking experience in mind.
The company stated in a press release that the Guacamole Grab ‘N Go weighs in at 220 calories, and ascribes to a category of ready-to-eat snacks which 77 percent of consumers prefer over those that need to be prepared.
Pairing its fresh Hass avocados with the crisp crunch of Tostitos® ROLLS!™, the 2.8 oz snack provides consumers with a good source of vitamin C. The company also stated that the Grab 'N Go has 60 percent more product with around 15 percent less calories than other leading snacking items.
