The Specialty Food Association (SFA) recently announced the newest member of its team! Leo Squatrito has joined the SFA executive team as Vice President of Strategic Alliances.
As Vice President of Strategic Alliances, Squatrito will lead the development and growth of partnerships and sponsorships with national and international organizations. This new position, the association noted, is critical to the SFA as they continue to engage with industry subject matter experts and affiliated leaders who can assist SFA members in growing their businesses. Squatrito will focus on increasing membership benefits and building alliances that drive awareness of the SFA events, media platforms, and educational programs that serve the growing association membership base.
“Leo is a great fit for everything we have in development here at the SFA,” said Phil Kafarakis, President. “His understanding of media, advertising, and sponsorship programs will easily transition to the dynamic specialty food world and support our commitment to expand the scope of our strategic relationships.”
According to a press release, Squatrito brings years of experience to the SFA, having served a decade as a Group Vice President at Questex Media, where he focused on event sponsorship, media sales, and marketing for its hospitality sector. Most recently, Squatrito was the President & Chief Revenue Officer at Taffer Dynamics, Inc., where he led strategic efforts to build that organization’s B2B business initiatives within the hospitality industry.
Congratulations to Leo on this new position! We here at Deli Market News wish you all the best.
