As our industry continues to move forward, staying ahead and keeping the must-attend events on your calendar is key. On the list of things not-to-miss is the Winter Fancy Food Show, slated for January 22 - 24, 2017.
One of the largest specialty food and beverage shows on the West Coast, the Specialty Food Association stated the event is drawing 33,000+ industry professionals, and the premier showcase for industry innovation.
On this upcoming event’s plate, the association said in a statement that 80,000+ innovative products from 1,400 of the world's most creative companies are anticipated, all while visiting one of the food capitals of the world—San Francisco.
Hosted in the city’s Gateway Ballroom, the location opens early at 9:30 a.m. each day, with the actual show kicking off 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday and Monday, January 22 and 23. The show will open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24.
Registration is not open to the general public, and currently has an early bird rate from now until October 28, 2016. Different rates apply to Manufacturers, Consultants, Business Services, and non-retail (Other). Details about registration can be found here.
