Three Twins is adding a new face to its sales & marketing team, but it may be a familiar one to many in the industry.
Sarah Bird, former Chief Marketing Officer at Annie’s Inc., has made the jump to Three Twins as the company’s new Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. She will be responsible for building the brand at retail and drive consumer engagement, according to a press release.
Prior to joining Three Twins, Bird rose through the ranks at Annie’s from when its business was approximately $15 million in sales, through its IPO, to when the business was over $200 million in sales. Bird also gained valuable experience in effective planning, brand management, marketing communications, and cross functional leadership at companies like PowerBar, Nestle, and Frito Lay. She is well-versed in driving sales, growing profitability, and developing strong industry relationships.
Neal Gottlieb, Founding Twin, said in a press release that the company is extremely fortunate and excited to welcome Bird to the team.
“As we grow and evolve, we will be relying heavily on the creative vision and experience from Sarah’s diverse background to get us to the next level,” he said.
Three Twins ice cream is currently available in over 3,000 major grocers, natural food and specialty shops, convenience stores, and corner markets throughout the United States, including Whole Foods Market and various independent grocers.
