BROOKLYN, NY
Tuesday, April 1st, 2025

Brooklyn Cured has been busy lately. Announcing several new products in a short time, the company continues to expand its presence in the artisanal charcuterie sector.

Late last year, Brooklyn Cured expanded its Cocktail-Inspired salami line to include two new flavors, the Dirty Martini Salami, and the pork-free Tuscan Red Wine Beef Salami.

Other flavors in the lineup include:

  • The Manhattan - Pork Salami with Bourbon and Sour Cherries
The Beer Garden - Pork Salami with Belgian Ale and Lemon Zest
The Old Fashioned - Pork Salami with Rye Whiskey and Orange
The Mezcal Margarita - Pork Salami with Mezcal and Lime

In addition to new flavor SKUs, the company launched its innovative line of Snack Packs, marking an expansion into the convenience and snacking sector. Premium pairings and flavored cheeses are popular for good reason, and Brooklyn Cured is only working to perfect the formula. The Snack Packs are also pork-free, adding another layer of differentiation to what’s currently on the market.

Available in Smoked Beef Salami & Gouda, Tuscan Red Wine Beef Salami & Rosemary Gouda, Bresaola & Gouda, and Bresaola & Truffle Gouda, these new products offer a convenient, protein-packed snack with a powerful punch of flavors.

The demand for Snack Packs has already skyrocketed, so expect 2025 to be the year that Brooklyn Cured and its award-winning items take over store shelves.
