California Milk Advisory Board Hits 2024 National Restaurant Association Show; John Talbot Details

The National Restaurant Association’s 2024 show is only a few days away, welcoming industry members to Chicago, Illinois, on May 18–21 this year. As over 55,000 foodservice professionals from 107 different countries gather to explore all the sector has to offer, the California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB) will be showing off a variety of innovative and sustainably sourced dairy products.

During the event, CMAB will aim to connect with industry professionals while sharing why sourcing California dairy is a winning strategy for foodservice operators, a press release detailed. In doing so, the organization will be turning the spotlight on several unique dairy applications through sampling cheese, lassi, yogurt, kefir, ice cream, a variety of desserts, whey-based spirits, and more.

The California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB) will be showing off a variety of innovative and sustainably sourced dairy productsAmong the dairy processors who will be in attendance are Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Co., Marin French Cheese Co., Bellwether Farms, Petit Pot, Angelo & Franco, dosa by Dosa, Double Rainbow, Lifeway Foods/Glen Oaks Farms, Super Store Industries, Sweet Craft, and Wheyward Spirit.
