Access a wealth of educational opportunities tailored specifically for dairy processors at CheeseCon, hosted by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) and the Center for Dairy Research (CDR), taking place from April 15-17, 2025, in Madison, Wisconsin.

CheeseCon kicks off on Wednesday, April 16, with a must-see Opening Keynote Panel: Mastering Change Management in Dairy's Evolving Environment. Industry leaders will share actionable strategies to balance vision with agility, harness emerging technology, build inclusive cultures, and navigate dynamic markets and politics. Notable speakers include Betty Thompson, Chair of the Board of the Society for Human Resource Management, and a panel of dairy industry leaders featuring Heather Anfang of Land O' Lakes Inc., Bob Sarver of Great Lakes Cheese, and David Scharfman of Specialty Cheese Company.
