CHEVOO is taking to the Winter Fancy Food Show on January 15 through 17 to show off its Herbes de Provence, the latest addition to CHEVOO’s iconic range of marinated goat cheeses, which recently won Gold at the 2022–2023 World Cheese Awards.
The company will also be bringing attention to its Greek Kiss, belonging to its sister brand Belle Chevre, which took home a Silver for the fresh chèvre wrapped in brined grape leaves, alongside other goat cheese favorites.
As explained in a press release, CHEVOO’s new Herbes de Provence includes a mix of herbs commonly used in French cuisine and notably found in France’s famed region, which is an uncommon flavor to find in products on American grocery shelves; after blending the classic, aromatic French culinary herbs throughout the goat cheese, the cubed chèvre is then paired with an EVOO blend that has been lightly infused with garlic to provide a true Mediterranean touch.
Also being displayed during the event, Belle Chevre’s Greek Kiss is a 4 oz fresh chèvre disc delicately wrapped in a tender, brined grape leaf, adding a hint of salt to the tangy goat cheese.
In addition, the cheesemaker will be showcasing its range of all-natural, fresh chèvre spreads with delectable flavors such as Fig, Roasted Red Pepper, Garden Veggie, Honey, and Original.
