A new year means new changes are underway, and Conagra Brands is starting 2021 off with exciting news as the company has announced that it has appointed Manny Chirico to its Board of Directors starting February 1. Chirico's addition to the Board will increase the number of members to 11.

The Board of Directors, management team, and all Conagra employees have done an incredible job building Conagra into an innovative, consumer-focused packaged food company, and I look forward to contributing to Conagra's continued success in the years to come,” said Chirico.
Bringing with him an established record of leadership experience, Chirico is an asset to the Conagra Board.
According to a press release, Chirico is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officers of PVH Corp., a global fashion and lifestyle company operating across 40 countries with over 40,000 associates. Upon joining the Conagra Board of Directors, Chirico will retire from his position at PVH after more than 25 years of service.
