Eataly Opens Its First Texas Location

The eating scene in Texas just got a whole lot bigger, if that’s even possible! According to a report by DallasNews, Eataly and NorthPark Center have a deal to bring the popular eating destination to Dallas by 2020, marking its first foray into the Lone Star State.

Nicola Farinetti, CEO, Eataly North America“Dallas is a city that we have always had our eye on,” said Nicola Farinetti, CEO of Eataly North America. “It’s an important, diverse, and cultural city—perfect for Eataly. During the various times that we’ve visited, everyone on our team liked it… Right from the start, NorthPark seemed like the best choice to everyone by far.”

Boasting three levels featuring the usual tasting events, restaurants, classes, and all things Italian ingredients, the new location will occupy a recently remodeled space on the west side of the NorthPark Center mall.

The new Texas location will become the seventh U.S.-based Eataly location

“Eataly has created an entirely new dining genre that has become a mecca for food lovers everywhere,” said Nancy Nasher, President and Co-Owner of NorthPark Center. “We are thrilled since Eataly is one of the most successful food-retail concepts of all time.”

Prior to Dallas, Eataly recentaly (get it?) set up shop in Las Vegas at the end of 2018. The new Texas location will become the seventh U.S.-based location. Eataly also operates 39 destinations around the world.
