With the 2024 Winter Fancy Food Show now behind us, we are still reeling from all of the exciting products that will soon be hitting the market. Ines Rosales was one booth we were excited to visit, especially after we learned that the company is launching its new Cocoa and Cayenne Cracker and limited-edition Apple Cider Cracker.

As always, it is paramount to us to not only remain current, but most importantly true to our essence: all of our products are crafted using an artisanal manufacturing process, have top-quality ingredients, are natural, clean, and Non-GMO. Our consumers expect only the best from us, and it is key that we are able to meet their expectations," said Lucia Conjeo-Mir, Vice President of Sales North America.
Ines Rosales’ crackers come in flavors driven by the requests of its customers and consumers, while keeping with the company’s Spanish roots. According to a press release, the Cocoa and Cayenne cracker has a subtle cocoa flavor with just a hint of cayenne. The product would pair perfectly with a soft ripened brie or mascarpone cheese, as these crackers are versatile and unique.
The Apple Cider Cracker is the quintessential flavor for fall. It is perfect for entertaining, topped with an aged Cheddar, or simply eaten as a delicious snack.
Pre-orders for the Apple Cider Cracker are due by May 31 with a shipping window of late July. The Cocoa and Cayenne Crackers will begin shipping at the end of September 2024.
