Could it be? An innovative new retail player on the scene? Establishing its footprint in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, grocery chain JackBe recently hosted an official ribbon-cutting ceremony at its new location.
"For the vast majority of people, grocery shopping can be a burden, and so what we’re able to do is provide on-demand access to fresh groceries," said Alex Ruhter, Chief Executive Officer of JackBe Grocer.
The new grocery store harnesses the massive popularity of grocery pickup, providing a curbside drive-thru-only location where shoppers can order online through an app and pick up their groceries within minutes.
Following this store’s opening, JackBe has plans to expand to other metro locations this year, with even more expansion in the works after that, according to KOCO 5 News.
With customers only experiencing the store through a drive-thru, JackBe aims to provide an unmatched customer experience, with a central focus on fresh offerings.
