Specialty food distributor Lipari Foods recently appointed Stuart Schuette as its newest Chief Executive Officer, effective September 16, 2024. Schuette succeeds interim Chief Executive Officer John Boucher, who stepped in for the company’s previous Chief Executive Officer, Thom Lipari, for over 30 years as part of a leadership succession plan.

Schuette spent over 20 years at US Foods, and during his tenure held key leadership positions in sales, finance, and operations, ultimately serving as Chief Operating Officer for over seven years. While at US Foods, he successfully led a transformational shift to position the business for sustained growth and industry leadership. He most recently served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of American Tire Distributors (ATD).
Schuette is a proven executive with a 30-year track record of driving organic and inorganic growth in distribution businesses across several industries, including food distribution.
