Lou Malnati’s Spreads Love with Heart-Shaped Pizzas; Marc Malnati Shares Insights

This Valentine’s Day, Lou Malnati’s is serving up love with its iconic heart-shaped deep-dish pizzas, available throughout February at locations in Chicago, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, and Phoenix. Fans nationwide can also ship these festive pizzas and other Chicago favorites through Tastes of Chicago.

“We believe in dishing out the love and Valentine’s Day is a perfect time to gather together with friends and family to share Lou Malnati’s heart-shaped pizzas,” said Marc Malnati, owner of Lou Malnati’s. “It’s our second year doing this campaign and we’re excited to partner with the local food banks again. We donated about $40k in 2024 and look forward to increasing that donation this year.”

As stated in the press release, Lou Malnati’s is partnering with Feeding America^® local food banks. For every heart-shaped pizza ordered from February 1–28, 2025, Lou Malnati’s will donate $1 to support local food banks, helping provide 10 meals to neighbors in need. Additionally, every purchase of the Spreading Hearts package through Tastes of Chicago will result in a pizza donation to a local Chicago-area food pantry.

Valentine’s Day Highlights

• Spreading Hearts Package: Includes a heart-shaped pizza, a heart-shaped cookie, and two pewter hearts—one to keep and one to share.
• Pizza Proposal Contest: One lucky winner will receive an engagement package, including a party at Lou’s and late-night bites for their wedding.
