I see chocolate milk in many consumers’ futures as brand behemoth Organic Valley has launched its newest product set to hit shelves in January. The company recently revealed its new Lowfat Chocolate Milk, which features a kid-friendly taste and lactose-free formulation bolstered by the brand’s organic promise.
“Organic Valley formulated its new chocolate milk with a better overall taste profile that is specifically kid-friendly, while slightly reducing the sugar content and making it lactose free,” said Minh-Quan Huynh, Brand Manager. “Kids and parents love the new taste, and consumers everywhere will appreciate the better-for-you goodness that Organic Valley delivers.”
Organic Valley Lowfat Chocolate Milk offers the same nutrition and pasture-raised goodness as the company’s regular milk, according to a press release. The new chocolate flavor touts no artificial sweeteners and is made with milk from cows that spend more time grazing outside.
Each serving of Organic Valley Lowfat Chocolate Milk contains essential nutrients like vitamins A and D and eight grams of high-quality protein. Because it is lactose free, it is gentle on digestion, building on a dairy aisle trend that has seen sales grow 15 percent over the last year.
Organic Valley Lowfat Chocolate Milk is now available for order with a first-ship date of December 2020.
