A snacking acquisition recently hit the wire. Our Home, a family of brands encompassing a variety of wholesome snacks, announced it acquired ParmCrisps from Hain Celestial Group.
"We are very excited to have the ParmCrisps manufacturing family join our team," remarked Aaron Greenwald, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Our Home. "The combination of our Sonoma Creamery and ParmCrisps talent will drive tremendous IP and knowledge sharing, benefiting both brands, our retail partners, and most importantly, our consumers."
According to a press release, this move is due to scale Our Home's existing platform and footprint across the United States, further expanding its ability to provide high-quality snacks.
Ever since ParmCrisps launched in 2017, its popularity has continued to grow. Not only does it bring with it strong brand recognition and positioning, it allows Our Home to continue carving a path forward in the snacking sector.
Our Home will add ParmCrisps to its family of brands along with its production facility in York, Pennsylvania.
As the release went on to note, the acquisition bolsters the company’s cheese crisps offerings and combines complementary manufacturing, innovation, and distribution capabilities following its previous 2024 acquisition of Sonoma Creamery.
