A crucial aspect of the holiday season is offering care and support to the communities in which we live. Embracing this spirit of giving is none other than The Raley’s Companies, which recently announced the launch of its Holiday Hope Drive.
“Now more than ever, The Raley’s Companies understands families are finding it challenging to put food on the table,” said Chelsea Minor, Executive Director, Community Impact and Public Affairs, The Raley’s Companies. “That’s why we chose to support the critical work of Feeding America food banks who provide meals, essential items, nutrition education, and other support for thousands of families during the holidays and beyond.”
Working with its shoppers and team members, the retailer is collecting donations that will go directly to local Feeding America partners, a press release went on to explain.
As the company noted, serving local communities is an integral part of The Raley’s Companies and its divisions, Raley’s, Bashas’, and fieldTRUE. Each of these banner locations will be coming together to fight hunger within their individual communities, committing 100 percent of customer donations made in-store and online to Feed America food bank partners across several states.
The Holiday Hope Drive will promote and collect donations through the end of 2022 at all Raley’s and Bashas’ family of stores and fieldTRUE.
