Randall Foods is strengthening its executive power with a slew of recent external appointments and internal promotions. As it builds out its executive team, the value-added meat provider has revealed several key updates. Mike Buccheri continues to lead Randall Foods as Chief Executive Officer, wielding more than 30 years of experience in the food industry.
"It's an honor to lead Randall Foods as Chief Executive Officer, and I'm energized by the vast and actionable opportunities in front of us," said Buccheri. "Randall Foods has been a trusted partner to the grocery retail and foodservice industries in the Western U.S. for more than 70 years. I look forward to working with the team to build on our foundation of quality, service, and operational excellence."
Buccheri formerly served as CEO at CTI Foods, as well as various leadership positions at Simmons Foods and Tyson Foods, a press release detailed.
Matt Ellis continues to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the brand, bringing over two decades of expertise. Previously, he served as CFO at Founders Food Group and subsidiaries of Tyson Foods.
