We’re talking trends, yet again! During the 2024 Winter Fancy Food Show (WFFS), the Specialty Food Association (SFA) hosted eight graduate students and three professors from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV), William F. Harrah College of Hospitality. As more than 1,000 companies and thousands of products occupied the show floor, the organization’s Junior Trendspotters spotlighted three trends made evident at the show.
