Sprouts Farmers Market is, dare I say it, sprouting up in more states nationwide! This month, the specialty grocer announced plans to open 13 more stores during the second half of 2019, including five Florida locations and its first store in Virginia.
According to a press release, some of the stores—including those in Deerfield Beach, New Port Ritchey, Jacksonville, Jupiter, and West Covina—will feature Sprouts’ newest operational and design enhancements that highlight department destinations and promote customer engagement throughout the store. The grocer will also continue to stock more than 2,400 Sprouts Brand items in addition to thousands of natural, organic, and gluten-free products. Guests will also enjoy eye-catching marquee signage and display cases at The Butcher Shop and Fish Market that emphasize the department’s knowledgeable and personal service.
On top of these offerings, The Market Corner Deli will feature a detached, rectangular island to optimize customer service and convenience by offering made-to-order sandwiches, a salad bar, prepared foods, sushi made in-store, and fresh juice.
Each new store will bring approximately 140 new career opportunities to the neighborhood in which it resides. Sprouts offers competitive pay, team member discounts, a rewarding work culture, and numerous opportunities for career advancement.
These stores are listed as follows—grand opening dates will be shared separately at a later date:
By the end of 2019, Sprouts will operate 340 stores in 22 states.
